Vic Staffing Solutions was founded on one guiding belief — that safe and consistent staffing is at the heart of quality resident care.

Our founders, experienced in both clinical care and healthcare management, saw how staffing gaps put pressure on facilities and compromised the continuity of resident support. They built Vic Staffing to solve that problem: a trusted agency focused solely on quality staff for care homes.

With a 2021 start in Victoria, our dream of helping the Long-Term Care industry came true with the launch of Vic Staffing Solutions Ltd.

Today, Vic Staffing has grown quickly throughout the province by fostering collaborative relationships with both sites and employees to accurately resolve their needs.
